上司の知り合いに、ビルの窓ガラス洗浄を請け負う、小さな清掃会社の経営者がいて、
その人は高校進学も就職もしないでブラブラしてる中卒の奴を連れてきては、
ビルの窓ガラス洗浄の仕事でしごき、
その一方で、夜学に通わせたり運転免許を取らせたりして、
機会が来ると「もっと稼げる仕事に就け」と、会社から送り出すのだという。
その人は今まで何人もそうやって、中卒のどうしようもない奴を立て直してきたそうだ。

世間的には単なる掃除屋のオヤジだろうが、俺はその人を、そこらの企業家の何倍も尊敬している。
